This matter has come up at the instance of the FRIDAY Court : 08 Item : DL-02 Matter : MAT Status : CORRECTION Bench ID : 266048 Transcriber : NANDY petitioner for correction of an order dated 04.11.2024 wherein the case no. appearing at the first page has been wrongly typed as 'MAT 1583 of 2023' instead of 'MAT 1583 of 2024'.

2. Mr. Md. Manuwar Ali, learned Advocate submits that he appeared in the matter for the State and his name is misspelled as 'Mr. Munawar Ali' in the order dated 04.11.2024.

3. Such mistakes being apparent and ministerial in nature, office is directed to correct such mistakes at the relevant portion of the order dated 04.11.2024.

4. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 04.11.2024.
