1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that the petitioner's name has been empanelled pursuant to this Court's order and he is ranked below 1500. All documents submitted by the petitioner have been received by the alleged contemnors on 30th November, 2023.

2. In view of a complete ban lifted by the Central Government, the petitioner's case has not been considered till date. However, it is submitted that as and when the ban lifted by the Central Government, the petitioner's case shall be considered serially and in order of seniority.

3. It is further submitted that a selection procedure will be conducted by the Port Trust and the petitioner will have to participate in the selection process.

4. In that view of aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that this Court's order has been complied with.

5. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt application.

6. Hence, CPAN 1325 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

7. Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

8. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9. There shall be no order as to costs.
