1. It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the opposite party no. 2 that the complaint, as was lodged against the present petitioner has been withdrawn and in support of that the CIS Statement of the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata is placed before this Court, which reveals that on 12th September, 2025 , the nature of disposal reflects withdrawn in respect of Case No. CS/0125657/2025 before the Court of learned 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner though submits that she is not aware about such subsequent developments. However, there is no objection if the matter stands withdrawn.

3. In fact, the instant case was filed for quashing of the proceeding arising out of the written complaint lodged by the opposite party no. 2 against the present petitioner and since the said complaint has been withdrawn, which has been recorded by the learned Magistrate, there remains nothing for adjudication by this Court.

4. Hence the revisional application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
