"The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Defect reported is regarding discrepancy in valuation furnished. We do not see this defect to stand in the way of the appeal being moved for admission as the defect can be removed by the learned advocate in Court itself, upon leave granted. However, none appears on behalf of appellant.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate, enclosing copy of this order. In event appellant continues to go unrepresented, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjourned date or thereafter. List in monthly list of August, 2021."

Noting dated 29th July, 2021 says notice was issued. Printed list has been published. As such, we are convinced appellant has lost interest.
