For the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2022 Petitioner prays for modification of a condition of the order granting anticipatory bail dated January 21, 2022. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the place of occurrence of the incident is within the Hariharpara P.S. The de facto complainant is threatening the petitioner. It would be appropriate that the petitioner is allowed to live at a Police Station which is outside the jurisdiction of Hariharpara P.S.

State is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to reside within the jurisdiction of Nawda P.S. henceforth. The petitioner will submit his residential address of the jurisdiction of Nawda P.S. to the officer-in-charge of the Hariharpara P.S. as also to the jurisdictional Court within seven days from date. All other conditions of the order dated January 21, 2022 will remain the same excepting requiring the petitioner to remain within the jurisdiction of Hariharpara P.S.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
