None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 14th June, 2021, when following order was made:- "The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Defect reported is regarding omission of particulars in preamble to the memo. None appears on behalf of appellant.

Let notice enclosing copy of this order be issued to the learned advocate that this appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. If the defects are not removed or appellant continues to go unrepresented or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

List in monthly list of August, 2021."

Noting dated 19th July, 2021 says notice was issued. Printed list has also been published. Since the defect is such that can be dealt with after the appeal has been moved for admission and in view of above, we are convinced appellant has lost interest.

SAT 4180 of 2000 alongwith I.A. No.CAN 1 of 2003 (old CAN 6925 of 2003) (not found), if pending, are dismissed.
