1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties has submitted that learned Trial Court hauled the proceeding owing to pendency of the application, which is not maintainable in the eye of law.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for time.

4. In these circumstances, I make it clear that there is no stay order promulgated by this Court to stay the proceeding pending before the Trial Court.

5. Let the matter appear one week after the ensuing puja vacation, 2025.
