Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners lodged a police complaint prior in point of time with regard to the same incident.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the photographs of the injury suffered by one of the victims.

Apparently, the victim suffered an arrow injury with the arrow being embedded in the body.

All the petitioners apparently were involved in the incident. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4224 of 2022 is dismissed.
