Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report showing inflicting of gunshot injury on the victim and the statements of neighbours specifically taking the name of the petitioner as one of the miscreants, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3013 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
