Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that warrant of arrest has been issued against the accused persons and the next date is fixed on 21st of September, 2023.

The Learned Trial Court will see to it that the Warrant of Arrest is executed and the cross-examination of P.W.1 be concluded at the earliest.

In case, the accused appears, the Learned Court would from the next date onwards fix at least one date in a month so that the trial of the case is completed at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3042 of 2023 is disposed of.
