From the order-sheets appended to the civil revision application this Court finds that several dates were fixed awaiting service returns upon the respondents. No material has been produced before this Court to show that the Other Suit is ready for hearing.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious disposal at this stage.

Accordingly, CO 2883 of 2024 stands disposed of.
