At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, it appears that on 22nd June, 2023 when the matter was called on for hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the respondents and this Court also directed the matter to appear in the combined monthly list of July, 2023 for further consideration. Accordingly, today the writ petition has been taken up for consideration when it appears that the petitioner remains unrepresented and no steps have been taken on behalf of the petitioner as per direction contained in the order dated 22nd June, 2023. It further appears that the petitioner has lost interest.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
