Petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of egress and ingress through the common passage and garbage being thrown at the common passage.

Petitioner would approach the panchayat authorities who would take appropriate steps.

So far as the police is concerned, police would be only vigil about the law and order situation and any dispute arising out of that.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20266 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
