It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the proceeding was filed under Section 482 read with 401 of the code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 586/23 arising out of Chakdaha Police Station Case No. 633/22 dated 29.09.2022 under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the charge sheet submitted under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the ACJM, Kalyani.

Petitioner also challenged order of cognizance taken on 16.11.2022 passed by this Court during pendency of this revisional application filed in the year 2023, said G.R. case was subsequently heard and disposed of by the learned ACJM, Kalyani, Nadia whereby all the present petitioners being accused are found not guilty of the

offence punishable under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly in view of the such subsequent development the present revisional application has been infructuous . 5.

Certified copy of such judgement is placed before this Court, let it be kept with the record.

In view of the above, instant revisional application being CRR 3043 of 2023 is hereby disposed of as infructuous. 7.
