Learned lawyer for the petitioner submits that considering the period of detention and the fact that the police filed charge sheet, further detention of the petitioner is not required. Learned lawyer for the State submits that commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petition is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.
