1. The report dated February 15, 2025 filed in the Court today is taken on record.

2. As such, we find there is no adverse report as against the petitioner.

3. Police has already filed charge-sheet. The petitioner seeks the waiver of the conditions imposed on 22.08.2024 that, "the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once in a fortnight until further orders". We have

considered and allowed the prayer of the petitioner keeping all other conditions unaltered.
