Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be also kept with the record.

Report reflects that the police authorities have kept strict vigil in respect of the dispute relating to the land between the petitioner and the private respondents. Steps have been taken by drawing up the proceedings under Sections 126/133 of BNSS. Petitioner apprehends that there may be harassment being inflicted upon him at the behest of the private respondents.

Be that as it may, so far as the possession, right and interest are concerned, it would be the duty of the civil court to adjudicate on the issue and this Court will not enter into the said arena. However, the

police authorities would continue to keep strict vigil on the subject property and will ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility in respect of the subject property complained of with the writ petition. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20262 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
