Bulbul Mukherjee Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Sekhar Barman.........for the State In the order dated 17.07.2023 inadvertently in the cause title there has been a typographical mistake with regard to CRR 2164 of 2013, which would be CRR 2164 of 2014 and instead of Aroj Mondal and anr., which would be Bulbul Mukherjee.

Necessary corrections to that effect be made by the department immediately.

None appears for the petitioner.

The status report filed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas through the learned District Judge, North 24 Parganas on 26.7.2023 be kept with the record.

The trial has already proceeded and on the next date has been fixed for cross-examination-in chief of PW1/CSW1. This court at this stage is not inclined to quash the proceedings pending before the learned trial court, prima facie, constituting ingredients of alleged offence. Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information.
