The petitioner submits that in this case, which is a compassionate appointment matter, a hearing took place before the District Inspector of Schools on 3rd February, 2021, but for more than one year, till date no order has been communicated to the petitioner after the said hearing.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools to communicate the order of the hearing which took place more than a year ago on 3rd February, 2021, to the petitioner by 25th November, 2022.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
