Perused the case diary.

Although there is a mention in the inquest that the victim might have met with an unfortunate incident, there are statements of local witnesses, which clearly show that the assailants caught victim thinking that he was stealing goats and thereafter, brutally assaulted him leading to his death. The petitioner's name has been taken by a number of local independent witnesses. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the postmortem report, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3015 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
