Asadtala Binode Vidyapith and the applicant should supply all necessary documents to the District Inspector of Schools within a period of two weeks from date mandatorily and positively. If no such documents are supplied, the District Inspector of Schools shall take final decision in the matter based on the records available to him within a period of six weeks from date. 2.

Let a copy of this order be communicated by the District Inspector of Schools to the head of the institution of the Asadtala Binode Vidyapith and the petitioner. 3.

The head of the institution of the Asadtala Binode Vidyapith shall be personally responsible for the supply of the aforesaid documents.

The compliance report of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur is taken on record. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

6.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

7.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.
