Service report filed by the State is taken on record. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there are no such allegations of any offence under POCSO Act. Previously the petitioner was on bail. He seeks for enlargement of the petitioner on bail.

Opposing such prayer for bail, learned Advocate for the State submits that there are serious allegations against the petitioner of putting the victim into prostitution. She seeks for dismissal of the bail application.

Despite service none appears on behalf of the de facto complainant.

Perused the case diary and materials on record.

The victim in her statement clearly implicates this petitioner of trafficking and forcing her to physical relationship. Such statement is also supported by the statement of other witnesses. Considering such prima facie incriminating materials and bearing in mind nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected. 8.

The application for bail being CRM (M) 1465 of 2025 stands dismissed.
