1. Report filed by the State is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 20/8/2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CRM (A) 2865 of 2024, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed and the petitioner was directed to meet the I.O once a week till submission of report in final form. The petitioner has been regularly attending the I.O as directed. However, report in final form has not been submitted yet.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that except on few occasions the petitioner has complied with the order and met the I.O every week. However, it is a fact that report in final form has not been submitted yet.

4. Considering the above and the petitioner had been complied with the Court's order quite regularly, I am inclined to relax the condition of anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner meet the I.O once a month till submission of report in final form. The I.O shall conclude investigation as expeditiously as possible. Rest of the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail shall remain the same.

5. With these observations and directions, the CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
