Learned lawyer for the State submits that commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The case stands committed and charges were framed. The next date fixed is March 22, 2022 for evidence.

Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petition is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.
