1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default on 21.1.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation as well as the State has no objection if the same is restored.

3. None appears for the private respondents despite service.

4. For the reasons stated in the application and the concessions made by the counsel for the Corporation and State, order dated 21.1.2025, is recalled and the present writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
