The cancellation is founded on post bail misconduct. There is a police complaint at page 60 onwards of the present application, complaining of post bail misconduct. Paragraph 5 of such complaint speaks of the accused persons/private opposite parties furiously threatening the petitioner. No particulars as to the date and time of the alleged incident is specified in such police complaint. In view of such plea, we are unable to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the private opposite parties. CRM (DB) 2983 of 2022 is dismissed.
