The present case was preferred for expeditous disposal of Misc. Execution Case No. 07 of 2021. Pursuant to the steps taken by the State, Parnasre Police Station was able to trace out the present opposite party.

Today a sum of Rs.90,000/- has been handed over by way of a demand draft to the learned advocate for the petitioner which is a part of Misc. Execution case No. 07 of 2021. An amount of Rs.45,000/- out of Rs.90,000/- be adjusted in this case. So far as the rest of the amount is concerned, by way of five equal installments the petitioner would clear rest of the amount. If the amount is paid on the date so fixed for the purposes of execution , the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st court, Kalna may not insist on the physical appearance of the opposite party concerned in connection with Misc. Case No. 07 of 2021.

The petitioner would virtually once in a month meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Parnasree Police Station. The same would continue for a period of five months till whole of the amount of the execution case is paid and the execution case is dropped. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3047 of 2023 is disposed of.
