It has been submitted and mentioned in the report filed by NIOS that the hard copy of the mark-sheet and the certificate of the petitioner have been sent to the study center through Speed Post No. EW 353667182IN dated January 24, 2022 and the petitioner may collect the same from the said study center.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The petitioner may collect the mark-sheet as well as the certificate from his study center.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
