1. Revisional application is directed against the orders dated July 10, 2025 and August 1, 2025 passed in Special Case No. 02 of 2025 by the learned Judge, Special Court, West Bengal (M.P.'s & M.L.A's Cases), Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits on instruction that, revisional application is limited to the order dated July 10, 2025 and that too limited to the purpose of relied upon documents and not served upon the petitioner under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

4. In the report, amongst others details, there are details of the documents submitted along with the charge sheet as also details of the documents/materials available in the case dairy, not disclosed with the charge sheet. A copy of such report is made over in Court to the learned advocate for the petitioner by the State.

5. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, leave may be granted to the petitioner to request for supply of relied upon documents and not served upon the petitioner from the jurisdictional Court, if so advised.

6. Requests made on behalf of the petitioner being reasonable, is accepted.

7. Petitioner is at liberty to move the jurisdictional Court for copies of the relied upon documents not served upon the petitioner. In the event such an application is made, jurisdictional Court, no doubt, will consider the same in accordance with law.

8. With the aforesaid discussions, CRR/3727/2025 is disposed of.
