The petitioner is getting pension and other benefits but he has not received the arrear amounts which has been alleged in this writ application. Despite service nobody has appeared for the State today.

However, I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to look into the matter after holding a meeting with the petitioner and the school, where he last worked, and to communicate this decision to the school and the petitioner. If the DI thinks that his case is to be processed for arrear pension and other benefits, he should proceed so that the petitioner can get the arrear within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
