Petitioner renew his prayer for bail. It is contended there is no injury in her private parts. He submits investigation is complete.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim show she had been administered deleterious substance and thereafter ravished. Injury report shows presence of injury on the body of the victim which corroborates the allegation of use of force during rape.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
