The petitioner joined service on 1st March, 2007 - nobody knows whether by way of recommendation by the School Service Commission. However, from a letter of the District Inspector of Schools of the Darjeeling district it appears that approval of appointment has been given with date of appointment dated 23rd March, 2017. This is challenged by the petitioner on the basis of a letter of the school namely, Rambi High School, wherein it has been stated that as per the recommendation of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission dated 14th March, 2017 and the resolution of the managing committee of the said school, he was appointed as an Assistant Teacher.

I wonder why the recommendation letter has not been disclosed by the petitioner. It was a letter of the

school dated 23rd March, 2017. The petitioner had enough opportunity to get a copy of the said recommendation letter from the school authority which he did not do.

Apart from that whenever a recommendation letter is made by the Commission, the letter is sent to the candidate which has not been disclosed in the writ application.

Hence, the contention of the writ petitioner are wholly disbelievable and baseless and, therefore, the writ application is dismissed.
