Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 27th December, 2021 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Mongalkote Police Station addressed to the learned State Advocate and the same is taken on record.

The report indicates that the missing girl has been recovered and handed over to one Rabin Majhi, son-inlaw of the writ petitioner. 7.

Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
