1. This is an application for correction of the order dated 3rd September, 2024.

2. The jurisdictional Court where the petitioner is required to appear has been mentioned in the said order as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah" which should be "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the cause title and in the last sentence of paragraph 6 of the order dated 3rd September, 2024 by the department.

4. Other portions or the said order shall remain unchanged.

5. Department is directed to supply corrected certified copy of the order to the parties.

6. In view thereof, time to appear before the jurisdictional court is extended by one week from date.
