Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent bank authority in disbursing the sanctioned loan in question.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has made several representations for redressal of grievance but till date the same has not been considered.
Ms. Parna Roy Choudhury, learned advocate representing the Bank submits that the application of the petitioner for the loan in question has been rejected for the reason for non-compliance of the
condition on the part of the petitioner in making deposit of Rs. 75,000/- for disbursing the loan in question.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he made an attempt to make deposit of the same but the respondent bank authority did not cooperate.
Learned advocate representing the bank submits that petitioner will have to make a fresh application for the loan in question since earlier application has already been rejected.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 19641 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application for loan in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from date and if such application is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein the same shall be processed and finalised within four weeks from the date of making such application and if it is found petitioner has complied with the formalities in making such application the loan shall be approved and shall be disbursed within four weeks from the date of finalisation.
