Petitioner complains that in spite of the civil court's order being affirmed till second appeal, the petitioner is being obstructed from carrying out his construction and the police authorities are not rendering any assistance. In case the petitioner approaches the civil court and the civil court passes necessary directions upon the police authorities for rendering their assistance, as a matter of public policy, police authorities would be bound to respect, obey and implement such order.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits a report. It has been submitted that strict vigil has already been kept by the police authorities. Having considered the steps taken by the police authorities, I direct them to continue their

surveillance and ensure that no breach of peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20296 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
