Mr. Sinha, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently residing at village - Mirjapur, Post Office - Pakuahat, P.S. - Bamongola, Dist. - Malda and prays relaxation of the condition to meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Hili Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Mr. Ahmed, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State and files a report. Let the same be kept on record.

Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the report, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 6th December, 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall 'meet the Officer-in-charge, Hili Police Station once in a month until further orders' is waived.

However, the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Bamongola Police Station, where he is presently residing, once in a month until further orders.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
