Galib Ms. Sujata Ghosh ......... for the State Mr. Nadeem Sulaiman ..... for the Madrasah Board The petitioner filed the instant writ petition on 17th Court No. 24 23.02.2022 (Item No. 18) (AB) December, 2021 praying for passing order of the hearing held on 18th November, 2021 by the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education.

During pendency of the writ application the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education has passed order on 17th January, 2022 and communicated the same to all the concerned parties.

As the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has already been addressed by the respondents, accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

The West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education shall take all necessary steps for implementation of the direction passed in the order dated 17th January, 2022. The writ petition stands disposed of.

The order dated 17th January, 2022 passed by the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education handed over in Court today be retained with the records.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
