1. This writ petition styled as a Public Interest Litigation has been filed praying for a direction upon respondent nos. 10 and 11 to take immediate steps with regard to a representation and take action against respondent nos. 11 to 36 who have made political alliance and have assigned a name of such political alliance.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel representing the writ petitioner that she has been instructed to seek for an adjournment. The matter is coming for the 3rd occasion before this Court and on previous occasion on 16.10.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Furthermore, we find that this writ petition has been filed solely on the basis of news paper reports and the petitioner has stated to have made a representation and it is not clear as to whether the representation has been received by the appropriate authorities.

3. Hence, we find no grounds to interfere with this writ petition on the basis of materials placed and the same stands dismissed. However, this will not prevent the writ petitioner from pursuing other remedies available under law.
