The petitioner's husband was an assistant teacher for one primary school in the district of Hooghly. He expired on 02.04.2018. The petitioner who is the wife of the deceased has filed a representation addressing the Chairman of District Primary School Council, Hooghly praying for compassionate appointment for herself.

I direct the said Chairman of DPSC, Hooghly to consider the prayer of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation this writ application is disposed of.
