Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that a reasoned order has been passed by the alleged contemnor. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

The Court is of the opinion that by passing a reasoned order, a fresh cause of action has arisen. The legality and validity of the reasoned order has to be decided in a fresh proceeding and not in the contempt application.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised. 5.
