This is an application against an order passed by the Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore, in M.P. Case No. 3101 of 2011 under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure dated 09.09.2011.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the revisional application might have become infractuous in the meantime and I find that the petitioners are not willing to proceed further with the revisional application. Accordingly CRR 3227 of 2011 stands dismissed for default.

Let the copy of this order be send to the Court below and the Office to do the needful.
