Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the petitioner's family members being assaulted including a child over the issue of dispute relating to a land, no steps were taken by the police authorities though they were informed.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Basanti P.S. Case No. 487 of 2025 dated 24.08.2025 has been registered for investigation in respect of the accusations made against the private respondents relating to incident of 2nd August, 2025.

Having considered that a criminal case has already been registered by the police authorities, petitioner in case he faces any inconvenience, will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary

reliefs so far as the life and property of the petitioner is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19634 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
