Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that CCTVs have been installed which are invading the privacy of the petitioners and the same is at the behest of respondent nos. 4 and 5. Learned advocate for the petitioners submit that if there is resistance in respect of such issues the petitioners are abused and threatened by the private respondents.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that similar issues were complained in the year 2023 when Parnasree PS case no. 514/23 dated 08.12.2023 and Parnasree PS case no. 517/23 dated 08.12.2023 was registered for investigation.

In view of the aforesaid criminal cases having been registered and the nature of the dispute primarily reveal discord between the apartment owners, I am of the opinion that the petitioners would approach the

jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations WPA 19709 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
