This Court vide order dated 23.11.2011 was pleased to direct the investigating agency to continue with the investigation but granted stay in filing report in final form and since then the matter is pending for hearing. The petitioners were also not represented on the earlier occasion and I have reason to believe that the petitioners are not interested to proceed further.

Accordingly, CRR 3231 of 2011 stands dismissed for default.
