By filing this public interest litigation the petitioners allege that the classification of the land purchased by the respondent no.12 has been illegally changed. In this regard the documents appearing at pages nos.50 and 51 of the writ petition have been referred to. If according to the petitioners, there is an illegal change of classification of the land, then the forum lies elsewhere where the order has to be questioned. It is upto the petitioners to question the order, if they are so advised.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
