Case diary and fresh report submitted by the Investigating Officer be kept with the record. Report reflects that on 3rd October, 2024 the FIR named accused namely, Tanmay Bapli was arrested and produced before the learned ACJM, Ghatal and date has been fixed on 18.10.2024 for collection of handwriting and specimen signature of the said accused before the jurisdictional court. The fresh report also reflects that the Investigation of the case is in progress. The Investigating Officer would take effective steps for taking the investigation to its logical conclusion. Since the jurisdictional court is at present in seisin of the issues concerned in

connection with Chandrakona P.S. Case No.252 of 2024 dated 13.08.2024, further directions on this issue is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20329 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State.

There will be no order as to costs.
