Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction C.R.R 3053 of 2023 In the matter of : Sumona Yasmin ..petitioner. Mr. Shamik Bagchi ..for the petitioner.

Learned advocate is aggrieved by the fact that although the application under Section 12 of the P.W.D.V Act in connection with Misc. Case No. 28 of 2021 was filed, more than 2 years ago and the interim prayers in connection with the said application was heard on several occasions, but the private opposite party designedly has been successful in delaying the same to such an extent that till date the same has not been disposed of by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur.

Having regard to the fact that the last of the date when the matter was fixed on 6th July, 2023 and the next date has been fixed on 11th September, 2023, I direct the learned A. C. J.M, Baruipur to pass the order relating to interim reliefs on 11th September, 2023 or within a fortnight thereafter. .

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3053 of 2023 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

Pending any other application, if any, are hereby disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order
