Heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

It appears from the record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent concerned by a letter dated 21st July, 2023. Learned advocate for the petitioner, however, submits that during pendency of this writ petition, an order has already been passed upon considering the said representation which is not a part of the present writ petition. If the petitioner at all is aggrieved by such order, which has been passed on the aforesaid representation during the pendency of this writ petition which is not a part of this writ petition,

the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition and in view of the discussion made above, the writ petition being WPA 19659 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
