The communication made by the Branch Manager of Indian Bank, Belanagar Branch dated September 12, 2025 filed in Court along with site plan dated September 11, 2025 be taken on record.

It appears therefrom that a spot inspection was conducted and that measurement of the property by the local land surveyor was done. The entire process of spot inspection was video-graphed. 3.

The manager of the bank has mentioned that there is no electric meter in the said property. The temporary electric supply from outside has been disconnected.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the measurement of the auctioned property handed over to the petitioner.

As the sale certificate has already been issued to the petitioner mentioning the measurements of the subject property, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority for any further remedy with regard to the erroneous description of the property before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Let a copy of the communication dated September 12, 2025 along with the site plan be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith. 8.

With the disposal of the writ petition, the connected applications are deemed to be disposed of.

Two pen drives, one handed over by the learned counsel for the bank and the other by the learned counsel for the petitioner be retained with the records.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
